In 2016, a group of seasoned real estate development experts founded Havitas Developments Corporation, one of the most trusted property development consultancy companies in the Philippines.
The founding team includes Alejandro S. Mañalac, Jonathan F. Caro, Erwin M. De Pedro and David L. Rafael, all of whom have held senior roles at some of the most reputable real estate companies in the country notably Ayala Land, Eton Properties, Century Properties, Robinsons Land, Aboitiz Land, among others. Collectively, the team has worked on more than 60 of the Philippines’ most remarkable real estate projects, bringing together over 120 years of combined property development experience.
Today, we are channeling that deep expertise and passion for real estate into Havitas Properties Inc., where we build wellness real estate: distinctive properties designed for wellbeing, leisure, and smart ownership, reflecting the evolving needs of modern investors and homeowners.
We are joined in Havitas Properties by a strong team of new partners: Robin H. Karlsen, who brings international real estate experience to the team, and Michael G. Tan, the president of Asia Brewery and former president of the Lucio Tan Group. Together the team will help propel Havitas Properties to new heights in the coming years.
